Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2026 · Last Updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KPI.run (“KPI.run”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the KPI.run financial dashboard service (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — such as name, email address, company details, and authentication identifiers needed to create and secure accounts.
  • Connected financial data — bookkeeping and financial information retrieved from accounting systems you connect (see “QuickBooks / Intuit Data” below).
  • Usage and device information — basic technical information generated when you use the Service, such as log data needed to operate and secure it.

2. QuickBooks / Intuit Data

The Service integrates with QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc. KPI.run may access, process, and display QuickBooks/Intuit data only as authorized by the customer. We use this data to provide the dashboard and reporting features you request, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. You may revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time through the Service or through your Intuit account, after which we stop retrieving new data from that connection.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • display financial dashboards and reports you request;
  • communicate with you about the Service; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in and to maintain session state. Your browser settings can be used to manage cookies, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.

6. Third Parties and Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, database, and authentication providers), and with third-party platforms you connect, such as Intuit/QuickBooks. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of KPI.run, our customers, or others. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You can also disconnect connected accounting systems at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service.
